Our Plastic Molding Equipment
Universal Gravo-Plast has complete in-house capabilities to design and produce high quality tools required for plastic injection molding and for precision hot stamping.
Tool planning and production are done in well equipped tool rooms by a staff of experienced Canadian toolmakers using the most modern CAD/CAM and& EDM equipment.
We have the following equipment:

- Material Dryers to prepare resins for moulding
- Thermolators to maintain mould temperature within a narrow range
- A central cooling system that services all molding machines
- Hot stamp machines for post mould decorating
- Reusable mould bases of various sizes
